  1.                             WEBTV REGISTRATION

  3. You are allowed to use WebTV for evaluation purposes for 30 days.  If you
  4. want to use it after that you are kindly asked to register.
  5.  
  6. There are three different registration sites available.  John S.  Burger
  7. handles First Virtual, US and Canadian registrations, Neil Bothwick handles
  8. UK registrations, and all the rest are handled by the author.
  9.  
  10. By far the easiest and fastest method to register is to use First Virtual.
  11. If you don't have a First Virtual account yet, go to http://www.fv.com and
  12. follow the instructions on how to register a new account.  You need a
  13. creditcard such as VISA or MasterCard.

  15. When you have a First Virtual account and VirtualPIN, simply go to
  16. http://www.thule.no/cgi-bin/webtv and fill out the form.  Your keyfile will
  17. be emailed shortly after payment has been confirmed.

  19. To register without First Virtual, find the registration form applicable to
  20. your part of the world, fill it out and send it together with payment.
  21. Your keyfile will be emailed in return within days after payment has been
  22. received.

  24. The following registration forms should be available in the Register
  25. directory:  Register.Europe, Register.FirstVirtual,
  26. Register.United_Kingdom, Register.USA_Canada and Register.World.
